You should still run a vehicle history report and verify that the listing matches the car’s condition and equipment. Is now a good time to buy a used 2024 Nissan Ariya?

This is a moderate market for selective buyers, so you can shop patiently and still find worthwhile listings.

• Deal availability: 33.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,610 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 2.45% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $22,463, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2024 Nissan Ariya's resale value?

The current average of $25,514 sits slightly below last year's $26,154.

That softer pricing can help you buy at a more favorable entry point, but it also means future resale gains may be more limited if the market stays soft. If you plan to sell later, buying well below the current average gives you more room to preserve value. Strong condition and a clean history matter even more when the market is moving down.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2024 Nissan Ariya or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 33.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 94.2% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 2.45% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2023 if:

• At $22,706, the 2023 costs less than the current year's $25,514 average.
• It offers a stylish, comfort-focused cabin with strong safety appeal.

The bottom line:
The 2024 is the better pick if you want the stronger current-market mix of pricing, inventory, and owner satisfaction. If your priority is spending less upfront, the 2023 is the smarter value play, especially if you find one in excellent condition.
